What does equipment tell you about the DJ?

CD/MP3 Player, Turntable

There is a fine line between backyard DJs and high-end professional wedding DJs.

Some DJs use iPod, some DJs use generic CD players. Our main tool is two Pioneer CDJ-1000 MK2 (MP3/CD player). These are top of the line wedding DJ gear, desired by professional wedding DJs.  We use professional players for better control of music (compared to playing music with iPod). 

What makes a good club "good"? Most poeple cannot explain what, they just know that they have good time whenever they go certain clubs.  Those high end club DJs never sit still with their thumbs on iPods.  What you see is that professional DJs are constantly busy. 

Professional DJs would adjust pitch, arrange the mix, and think about sampling so that your reception will be more memorable and impressive. This is why professional DJs are using professional DJ equipment. There are a lot of technical and inspirational work going on behind the scene.  Only the experienced DJs with professional equipment can make this high end experience possible. 

Using these CD/MP3 means that we are trying to provide the best possible wedding reception expience just like they are in the good club..

Speakers

These Mackies speakers (picture above) are the "typical" wedding speakers. They are plenty loud for 99% of all weddings. If you have up to 400 guests at your wedding, these Mackies can handle the job.

We have 2 subwoopers that we sometimes use for "club dance" situations. These subwoopers are too loud that they are not recommended for weddings.

When needed, we can get insanely loud. Just ask us.

We have plenty of lights - and they are provided FREE of charge with DJ services.
